Can somebody please advise how I can copy all my contacts from one computer to another? I have tried to email the contacts via "attach item", but the recipient computer only views them as attachments and not v-cards. Thanks

I am using Outlook 2003. I have a word file with about 4000 email addresses, seperated by ';' I am trying to send email to all those addresses by copying and pasting them in Bcc. But the message stays in the outbox only.

I imported an excel file into outlook. Half of the files showed up in my contacts, but the half didn't. I can't figure out why only half worked. There is no change in information between those imported and those not.

okay i know this would be very easy if i only had a handful of addres books but i got tons on books for multiple users. we recently switche to Outlook, i have over 25 user's address books, which have outsid contacts' information, so all the users' books are different

When I attempt to send an e-mail and click on the "to" field the contacts come up as normal, but they show not only the e-mail contact information but also the Fax information. How can i get the fax information to Not show up when I want to send an e-mail?
