I have a contact listed in my list and want to search for it but outlook
doesn't int it. why?

While trying to remove a name from a distribution group in my address book, I
accidentally deleted the entire group of names and addresses. These addresses
were not part of my Contacts.   How can I recover this list?  Thank you for
your help.

I have some contacts which I'd love to be able to send with either a Bill or
William  or Jim or James etc,  If I do an alt K of course, it only has one

When importing from Excel (CSV file), if I map any data field, from the .csv

I imported a contacts and a distribution list folder from my old
computer to my new one.  When I have My Contacts open and have the
Contacts highlighted I see all my contacts and when I click on
