how do i transfer a long contact list from and old computer to new one?
The old computer has outlook, and the new one has outlook express. Is there
any way to transfer from one to the other or do i need to purchase outlook?
Also once i purchase outlook is it easy to transfer from ...

I used to synchronise the contents of the notes field from Outlook Contacts
to my BB address book successfully. Lately - new versions of Outlook and BB
software - I cannot achieve the same result.  
Anyone else experience the same frustration ?

Is it possible to rename a catagory?
Will this rename follow through to items sync on my PDA?

I have upgraded from Outlook 97 to Outlook 2003 and have lost Categories for
all my Contacts except those added in the last 2 months.  How can I get them
back?

I bought a new laptop and transfered a copy of my outlook.pst file from my
old laptop to the new. The emails where copyied and the address book. But the
problem is when i type and email and try to access my contacts i get the
following message

when I go to Contacts, there’s no contacts there.  If I open a new message,
and go to the address book next to TO: I have all my contacts there.
I am using Outlook 2003 and using Exchange server to get my POP emails.
On Account Setup window, I see:

how do i prevent my contacts when i email them a message fro outlook emailing
the message to home phone, office fone etc etc

Changed an email address in my address book. When creating a new email, if I
enter the name in the To: field, I get the old email address instead of the
changed email address.

How do you turn off the automatic adding of email addresses into your address
book? My address book is getting huge and with unwanted email addresses. Can
you please advise?

I'm with a school district, with tons of contacts, that I've created in
separate groups (Job related, Career Day, Adult Ed, etc.).  I noticed that
when I created contacts within those groups, and wanted to create a
Distribution List and 'select' contacts within that group, my ...

I set up catagories in Outlook and they aren't in the library.  There are a
couple of catagories that are and it won't let me go into them.  On some of
my contacts I get this macro error message that's why I went to teh library
to find out the problem.

Scenario:
Outlook 2003, Exchange 5.5
User quits, new user hired. All of old users contacts are exported and
imported into the replacements contacts.

Gmail just recently added a feature to export contacts to a comma seperated
