E-mail addresses are automatically being added to my Contacts folder when I
receive a new e-mail.  How can I de-activate this please? (Outlook 2003)

I'm trying to print an envelope in Word from the Tools menu (envelopes and
labels) and when I try to view and select an address from Outlook it displays
only the main Contact folder, but only one of several subfloders.

Is is possible to save groups that have been created when exporting address
book in outlook express 6?

Can someone tell me the name of the file for Outlooks contacts and
address book entries.

I was wondering how to fix this problem.  I go into the Contacts Folder and
their is no enteries, but when I hit the Address Book it is full of names.  
What's up with this and how do I fix it?

Yeasterday before I shut the program down was recieving after I deleted them
an today it will not recieve.

I would like to be able to access and retrieve contacts in Outlook on my home
and work pc.  I have Outlook 2003 on both.  Is this possible?

When I add a name and e-mail address in my "contacts" how do I get it to
automatically populate the Inbox name and e-mail?  Currently I am double
entering in both locations.

I accidentally deleted a contact (a mailing list) from my outlook contact,
can someone show my how to restore this contact.

Using my outlook contacts, for labels, I find that the zip code is missing
from the merged word document can anyone tell me why???

Anyone know of a way to save the addresses in the autofill cache as Contacts.
I don't want to save every one as a contact but would like the option to
save certain ones.  If I have to save them all that's fine I can go through
and clean out the ones I don't need.

This has probally been answered before as I have come accross this problem
many times.
The Problem is when I click on the TO:, CC: or BCC: to bring up the address
book, I change the contact folder and this error appears:

I created a new contact and want to be able to email the whole file to an
associate. We are not networked together. How do I email not just 1 contact
but the whole contact file?

I was shocked when I send a vcard to a person and found out that it had all
of my activities including Email Task etc. attatched to it.
How can you send a vcard with only General contact info

Although enabled the auto delete warning for contacts not working - I can
delete a contact from my list and no warning turns on to allow me to
reconsider.
