This started recently, I have xp sp2 outlook 2003 w/BCM. The cusom view I set up returns to the default settings. I have to reset my fields and fonts back to where I want them. Of course this is time consuming and would like to stop this from happening. So far I haven't noticed ...

When I try to forward a contact as a vCard I receive two errors: Title Bar- "CiceroUIWndFrame:OUTLOOK.EXE-Entry Point Not Found" Message- "The procedure entry point StrTokEx could not be located in the dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll."

Me and my wife have different Contacts and Calendar sub-folders (to synchronize with two PDAs). But when I create a new contact in my sub-folder its birthday calendar event (which is created automatically by Outlook) still goes to high-level Calendar folder. Is there any way

I am trying to print labels from my address book. The address book was initially set up on W98 but we now have XP. Last year, before upgrade, I could do this but now it will not let me. I get as far as selecting merge from Outlook Address Book but then nothing happens.

I want to export contacts (or calendar) to excel (or csv etc). When I get to "Select folder to export from" dialog the list is blank even though the are two contacts "folders" one in use and another as an in case one under notes. Also no folders visible in Tools > Options > mail ...

I don't see contact in Address Book. I followed instruction from Outlook help, which says that you have to go to Contact folder properties and on Outlook Address Book tab check the option "Show this folder as an e-mail address book".
