Can I do this?

I just upgraded to Windows 2003 SP 2.  In the older version of Outlook, I
could highlight several emails and add them to the junk senders list by
selecting: Action/Junk Email/Ad to junk senders list
With 2003, the option to “Add Sender to blocked senders list” is grayed out

I did something that has wiped all the data from outlook. ie all emails,
contacts. Favourites are still there. I am not sure if I can send and receive
emails.  I tried system restore but there were no restore points, can anyone
help get me back.

We have an employee in another state who is not joined to our network. He has
his own private contacts list. He is sending Xmas cards to some of his
contacts, and I need to print address labels for him.
What is the best way for him to send me the contacts he wants to send cards

How do I sync Business Contact Manager contacts with my Outlook contacts that
are all in the same .pst file?

I just successfully synched Outlook to my Palm.  But I was unable to open the
journals for my contacts on the PDA.  Is this not possible or do I just not
know how to do it?

how can i file my contacts into alphabetical ordaer within their different

i can do it but it gets rid of the catagories. i want to keep the catagories
in place but have the contacts  in alpahbeticla order.

I recently bought a new computer. How do i transfer contacts from Outlook
2000 to 2003 on different machine. I've tried exporting but not all the data
carries over.

We are currently running Outlook 2002 with an exchange server in a Citrix
environment. My problem is that the autocomplete does not always work
correctly. The Autocomplete and the AutoResoultion options are enabled. It
seems that user "A" will send an e-mail to an outside address ...

I've created a distribution list and when i send out emails, everyone on the
list can see all the email addresses.  How can I change this so they only see
the display name of the distibution list?

Outlook will not allow either the Email address to be changed or Email2 to be
added.

When I imported the contacts from my desktop TO my laptop it created a new
folder called Contacts1.  I copied all the entries from Contacts1 into
Contacts (since this is the default for everything).  Now when I synch my
IPod it keeps grabbing both contacts so I have double of ...

In Outlook 2003 there is the option under the advance email options to
suggest names while completing To, CC, BCC feilds.  Where abouts is this data
saved and can these email addresses be imported into Outlook?
