Anyone here get it to install on O2k3?  I tried but it says I don't
outlook2000 installed - that I have to install it first.  Is there a
registry trick or something to make this program think I have O2k and if I
do it did you get it to work with o2k3?

hi, I've got a problem with one user who is still using outlook 97.  
The contacts folder does not show up as an email address book.  I can't even
check it off, it's greyed out.
anyone have any suggestions?

After opening a shared contacts list in Outlook 2003 I then right click and
enter properties however there is no option to "show this folder as an e-mail
addressbook". Is this possible in 2003? The option is certainly available in
previous versions.

I open a new email, press the "To" button, and select a distribution list.
However when I go to "send" the email I get the following error message (An
unexpected error has occured).
There is no problem with sending other emails this way, just distribution

Maybe my terminology is incorrect -
I click on the button at the top that says "addresses", and I am given two
choices - "global address list" which contains the addresses of our office
staff, and "contacts", which contains addresses unique to my PC.

Here's a new one -
When scrolling through my contact list, trying to add members to a
distribution list, Outlook shuts down. No error, no warning.
When I reopen it, the dist. list I was working on is gone.

I am trying to change my Outlook Contact so they are filed by the company,  
not by the contact at the company.  
I am doing this currently by opening each indivdual contact and changing the
"file as" from the person to the company.

I use Outlook 2002 and want to send a distribution list to a Outlook Express
user. When I attach the list it doesn't appear attached when they receive the
email. I have checked my sent box, and it is definitely attached on my end.
Is there a secret to doing this?

I don't think that I should have to make a new contact for a spouse when the
2 have identical contact information.  Is there a way to enter a spouses
email address in the same contact file as the other spouse?  
If so, when creating a new email, will that new spouse's email ...

My contact is assigned to the category "Xmas" but when contacts are grouped
by category, he is not in the "Xmas" group.

For some reason, Outlook is unable to open a new contact form when I click on
the New Contact Icon, or when I try to add an e-mail address to contacts from
the Outlook mail window.  When I click on the icon or try to add a contact
from an e-mail address, I get an error message:

Is there a way to import a contacts list to a contacts folder that resides
in the public folders?  In Outlook 2003, when i go to File/Import and
Export...The public folders do not show up as an option in the destination
folder list.  Any help much appreciated!

How do I download my contacts in Outlook to my ipod contacts?  There is a
setting to synchronize them that appears to work, but then there are no
contacts on the ipod after it thinks it synchronized them.
