I can dial from Outlook Contacts. Can I answer a phone from Outlook?

I have two user names on the network and each has a set of different
Contacts.  How can I synchronize them into one list?

We are testing out Business Contact Manager and it seems to have a big
weekness (will try it on an exchange client today)  -- apparently from what
we've read (and seen on a standalone client) it creates a seperate account
(kind of like if you have a pop and hotmail account under ...

When I add a new member to a distribution list, I would like to be able to
browse my contacts and/or address book to select the contact rather than type
the e-mail address.
To compound the problem, there's no easy way to open a member of my global

In Microsoft Outlook 2003 under Windows XP Pro, I have a lot of Contacts
which do not appear in the Address Book.
Any explanation?

I may be sounding dense but trust been through everything and i still can't
delete a contact from the global address list.

Is it possible to create a new journal in public folder and get it to record
email from contacts also in a public folder?
I only seem to have the option to record email in my journal from my

We had a blip of some kind in our wireless network, and I lost every piece of
mail in Outlook.  Since then, when I open a new e-mail message form to write
a note, then click on "To," the "Select Names" box shows up, but there are no
entries in it.  All of my contacts are intact ...

There are duplicate Contacts lists listed in the following places.  
I go in Tools >> Options and remove one but there are still 2 showing up
when you do a new email and click the TO button and in the drop down option
for "keeping contacts in...."

I used a progrm called "transfer MyPC" whilst migrating to a new PC. Since
doing so I'm unable to use my contacts list fully. It's still there but I'm
unable to select any contacts for the "TO, CC or BCC" when sending mail. I
