There are duplicate Contacts lists listed in the following places. I go in Tools >> Options and remove one but there are still 2 showing up when you do a new email and click the TO button and in the drop down option for "keeping contacts in...."

I used a progrm called "transfer MyPC" whilst migrating to a new PC. Since doing so I'm unable to use my contacts list fully. It's still there but I'm unable to select any contacts for the "TO, CC or BCC" when sending mail. I get the following message in a pop-up:-

We have a few Outlook Contact folders that are used by many different people, is there a way to have everyone see the same Category list? When we add to the "master" list it only affects the profile used, no one else gets the same list.
