When I need to send a new email, I select "New" and then "To" where I am able
to select my Contacts from my Contacts list.  My problem is that the contacts
are listed in alphabetical order by first name.  I need them to be listed in

I want to move data from one field (column) to another in Outlook.
I have about 5000 contact files of data to move.

When I send a note to a short list of contacts, I normally do the following:
Select the contacts I want to send email.
Click "New Message to Contact" speed button.
Cut-N-Paste all of the "To" field to the "BCC" field. I don't think it is
