There are several of us in the office that have added to our own Master
Category List.  What is the best way to compile a list from everyone's Master
List?  Any way to export the categories to an Excel or CSV format so they can
all be brought together and sorted for analysis?

I am trying to create organization charts and want to link the information I

When I export my contacts to an Excel file or "comma separated value" (csv)

I'm trying to add the private contacts to the address book in outlook2000,
I go into properties for the folder contacts, and select the third pane
"outlook-addressbook" but I can not select "Show this........" It's greyed
