There are several of us in the office that have added to our own Master Category List. What is the best way to compile a list from everyone's Master List? Any way to export the categories to an Excel or CSV format so they can all be brought together and sorted for analysis?

When I export my contacts to an Excel file or "comma separated value" (csv) file, I get small "boxes" at the end of each entry in the address fields. Does anyone know why and/or how to get rid of them?
