Hi! I'd really appreciate some help with what, I suspect, is a simple question: How do I count filtered contacts? When the contacts are unfiltered - i.e. the whole of the contact list is displayed - it says in the grey information bar (at the bottom) 292 items.

When I try to send emails to people in my personal address book, I immediately receive a message: "none of you email accounts could send to this recipient." Did I enter names in this address book incorrectly and how do I correct this?

Hi, I've entered a contact into my address book correctly and I can see them there but when I start a new email message and hit the address book icon to insert this contact, they do not appear in the list. Please help, it is driving me insane!

I would like to be able to delete a name, when you are typing an email and it auto fills in. I have tried to let if fill and then delete but it keeps popping back. Please advise

I just figured out that I have been accidentally deleting my Contacts and cannot find anyway to stop that. Is there no way to set it up to confirm delete for Contacts? ----------------

When I create a new contact and say Save, the contact is automaitcally stored in Mailbox contacts but I would like them to be stored in Personal Folders Contacts. Where can I define that?

I'm trying to import contact info from an excel spreadsheet to outlook contacts. There are 215 contacts, but it will only import 86 of them. I can't figure out why. I've searched microsoft help, but I'm not able to locate any answers. HELP!

I use Outlook 2003 on a business latop which is connected to en exchange server. So, when I create a new email and click on the 'TO' button I would expect to get a choice of two address books, the Global Adress List and my private contacts.
