My Contacts folder (& all subfolders) has disappeared from left-hand pane under All Mail folders. consequently I can no longer drag across emails in Inbox to store information in relevant folders.

Our new Outlook Express is different than the old, obviously. I can't figure out how to transfer e-mail addressees from an e-mail sent to me with many other addressees, to my address book. Any help?
