I have multiple outlook accounts that I have to maintain. When I launch the mail merge feature in Word 2003 I only have one outlook contact that I can choose, and it is the wrong contact. My coworker has multiple contacts that he can choose.

I send out monthly news letters and I need to address them to both the main contact and that person's significant other. Many of the spouses in my address book have a different last name or a hyphenated last name. How can I do this in Outlook 2003.
