i am now using outlook 2000 - i am use to using outlook 2003 - and now i do
not have automatic name checking or a list of suggested names while in the
TO: box - i have done the letters JO and then did alt+k and it won't give me

I have multiple outlook accounts that I have to maintain.
When I launch the mail merge feature in Word 2003 I only have one outlook
contact that I can choose, and it is the wrong contact.
My coworker has multiple contacts that he can choose.

I send out monthly news letters and I need to address them to both the main
contact and that person's significant other.  Many of the spouses in my
address book have a different last name or a hyphenated last name.  How can I

in MS outlook 2000, i saved the name as last name first name, but i want to
chang the names in contact to fist name last name, how do i do that?.
i have already tried tools ->services ->oultook address book ->properties
and made the change in there, but it doesn't work.

We currenlty have a contact list which is in Microsoft Word label format but
have notice that this format gives us no functionality.  Is there a way to
import this document into Outlook?  Or any ideas how to import it to a csv
file or excel?  We don't want to reinput all the data ...

i can not open my adresslist in a mail window, it just opens empty, with no

After many, many months of working fine, my Contacts list is no longer
available when I click the "TO:" button when creating a new message.  It's
defaulting to a different folder name that doesn't exist.  My "real" contacts
