I have recently transferred all names from Outlook 2000 to 2003 in my new PC.
The names transferred to my "contacts" folder but not my "address book".  
When I click on the address book icon a note comes up saying more or less the
address book doesn't exist.

How do I update my existing mail merge document with new contacts in outlook?

I have this old address book I'd like to get included in my new outlook
express.. it has addresses and phone numbers no e-mail addresses but I want
all contact info in one place..
How do I import or otherwise get this address book into outlook express

I have address registered for my contact, but when I add new appointment
using the ACTIONS menu, the address is not used.
It this normal behavior or is a fix available ?
