I am using Outlook 2003 and Word 2003.  I use my Outlook Contacts folder to
keep track of my Christmas card list (about 200 people) as well as maintain

I' using Outlook 2000 under Windows XP Pro SP2.  When I attempt to send an
e-mail and press the "To" or "Cc" button, the addresses in the "Select Names"
dialog are not the same as those in my contacts folder, even though

I enter a new contact in Outlook 2003 in the space marked with "Full Name"
next to it. Let's say I enter "Mr. John Doe". When I click the "Full Name"
button to the left, John is displayed as the last name and Doe is displayed

When printing a telephone list from contacts, how do I print lines on list?

Cannot find where to change "UNKNOWN"  to a user defined name in Outlook
Contacts, especially when printing a/all Contact.  Please help!!

Up until recently, contacts was working fine, showing all views ie:Detailed
Addressbook, Phone List, Company & category.
Now when I ask for the category view it appears like the phone list. It is
no longer sorting by category.

The attorney I work with has an IBM ThinkPad - working with Outlook 2003,
Windows XP Pro.  He frequently has contact data losses.  He has 4,000
contacts in Outlook, and the .pst file size is probably ~5GB.
He will periodically open up his contacts and will notice that ALL the Home ...

We're using Outlook 2002; have not been able to import a xls or csv file with
Address Book contents from antoher mail client.  Yes, the range was named in
xls file.  Yeah, we successfully imported from one mail client (earthlink)
into another one, Netscape.  But nothing goes into ...

i have run a restore on  my computer and i can not seem to find out how i
reatach my outlook datafile after a restore?
i am very flunent with computers however i can not get this figured out for
some reason.

Are there software or downloads available to take a physical business card
and scan it in as a Contact, in standard form, without having to type it in?

By creating a new mail i want to use a adress from my contacts, the following
error-message will shown:
"The contact folder related with this address strip was shifted or
extinguished or you have now access-rights"

How can I add Shared Address book into the 'Contacts' button (under the
Inbox Tree)
When Shared Address is accessed using the AddressBook ICON we only see a
BASIC list

In creating a Distribution List, I added some names and emails address but
did NOT check "Add to Contacts" list.  Now, I want them to be part of my
contacts so I can include other info such as phone numbers, addresses, etc.  
But that "add to Contact" option is no longer available ...

I accidentally erased the name of one of my distribution lists and closed it
out without paying attention to the message that microsoft sent me-is there a
way for me to find it again in outlook?
