Some users in my office have reported that they can no longer see any
contacts.  One user has said he has lost his contacts as well as what he
thinks is his Outlook Address book.  Here are the details:

When attaching a animation smiley to send an e-mail,  only the picture
appears.  No animation.

   i use an application to create and update contacts in an Exchange public
folder.
I checked this folder as a contact folder and i'd like to use this folder to
find contacts when i send an email.

How do you get the reminders to pop up for contact sub-folders?
With the reminder flag set, it will only pop up if the contact is in the
main contact folder.

Every organisation i work for has me on thier outlook contacts and phone
book with my name spelt incorrectly.
i have a surname made of two words.

how can i get my surname, which is made of two separate words, for example '
dick van dyke' to appear properly in outlook contacts.
it either appears as 'dyke, dick van' or 'dick van dyke' where van is
assumed as my middle name.

I am attempting to print Outlook contacts in "Memo Style."  Below the header
and before the contact information, the word "Unknown" appears in large
