I accidentally moved all of my contacts to the Deleted Items folder in Outlook, so I selected one and moved it back to my Contacts folder. This worked for that one person. Then, I "selected all" in the Deleted Items folder and tried to move them

In Outlook 2003, our Contacts folder correctly shows names alphabetically, last name first, A-Z. For whatever reason, our phonebook shows names alphabetically, first name first. How can one change the PB to show last names first?
