I am told I need a "translator" to export Outlook Contacts into an Excel

After I saved my contacts they were filed according to last name, then first
name. (Doe, John) However, the "Full Name" display also shows the last name
first, e.g. Doe John.  I prefer "John Doe".

I have read thru the posts about mailing lists and bcc etc.  I don't know if
I am doing this right.  We want to send an email to all our clients but make

I accidentally moved all of my contacts to the Deleted Items folder in
Outlook, so I selected one and moved it back to my Contacts folder.  This
worked for that one person.
Then, I "selected all" in the Deleted Items folder and tried to move them

One of my users wants to send contact information from his contacts folder to
clients outside our firm.  We use Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003 running on

I am running outlook 2002 on windows xp.
A little while ago I saw the deadly blue screens a few times, the my harddisk
crashed. I bought a new computer and was able to access the old hard disk.
However, I can't find my old contacts or emails and I need them badly. Was
