Having reinstalled office 2003 on my new computer, i have been able to
retrieve all of my old emails from Outlook. I can't connect to my old address
book though.Can I build a contacts list automatically from all the old mail
in my inbox?

the contact - and if possible also who was the last to edit the contact?

In our organization we are having an address book in Public Folders.
This address book has to be used by a lot of different people.  To find this
addresses automatically the option "show this folder as an e-mail address
book" has to be signed on.

I am having a couple problems with my Outlook address book.  I have Outlook
2000.
1.    I do not have the option of “categories” showing at the bottom of an open
contact when I select “new” contact.  How can I have it appear so I can

When I try to save a new contact or a new appointment, I get an error message
which says: "Could not complete the operation.  One or more parameter values

We recently migrated from Lotus Notes.  Contacts that were migrated are
showing up as Last Name, First Name in the Contacts when composing e-mails.  
But if you edit a contact or create a new one, they then show up as First
Name, Last Name.  I need them to all show up the same ...
