Does anyone know how to change the order in which the phone numbers appear on
contacts?  We would like the mobile number to be first then business.

The woman I work for has all her emails organized in distribution lists.
I would like to export some of these lists (but not all of her contacts) into
another email program, so I need them in comma, tab or semicolon delimited
format.

Is there a preference I can select to deselect the automatic addition of
Country designation to mailing addresses in Contacts?    Or can I choose
fields which make up the mailing address?   Having "United States of America
show up on mailing labels is unnecessrary.

I have several large distribution lists.  Some have hundreds if not a
thousand contacts and others have 25-50.  The small ones work fine.  I am

I've created a contacts.pst file and dragged it to a CD. When trying to load

I am running Outlook 2003.
I have several address books under contacts. When I go to choose an address
book when I am in the To box in an e-mail, some of the address books show up
twice on the list. Yet when I check my list they only appear once.

configuration will save the data base as a *.exp file. Outlook doesn't

newly entered phone numbers aren't autoformating with the parentheses around
the area code. Was the autoformat feature removed for Outlook 2003? If not,
then how do I get it to autoformat the phone ...
