Does anyone know how to change the order in which the phone numbers appear on contacts? We would like the mobile number to be first then business.

The woman I work for has all her emails organized in distribution lists. I would like to export some of these lists (but not all of her contacts) into another email program, so I need them in comma, tab or semicolon delimited format.

Is there a preference I can select to deselect the automatic addition of Country designation to mailing addresses in Contacts? Or can I choose fields which make up the mailing address? Having "United States of America show up on mailing labels is unnecessrary.

I am running Outlook 2003. I have several address books under contacts. When I go to choose an address book when I am in the To box in an e-mail, some of the address books show up twice on the list. Yet when I check my list they only appear once.

All Microsoft office products are easily saved in My Documents EXCEPT Outlook. I use Outlook 2003 and want to be able to save it in My Documents so that I can backup my Contacts easily. The process of saving Outlook Contacts in My Document is difficult and

When I enter a new contact in Outlook, the default is the business address. Is there a way to change this so that the default is the home address. I keep putting people's home addresses in as business addresses.

I use Day-timer organizer, and I like it. My problem is that the export configuration will save the data base as a *.exp file. Outlook doesn't reconize .exp files. I did export the list into Excel, then saved it as a .cvs file which outlook imported, but some of the imformation ...

I am trying to create labels from my contact list. I get to 'mail merge recipients' and select all - ok, but when it goes into the word document and I click on propagate labels it only creates one page of labels instead of creating around 4 pages?
