I have a free email account at mail.com and most of my contact addresses are in the address book of that account. I am trying to transfer all the data (addresses) to Outlook once if possible. How should I do that?

Now i am using 0ffice 2003. some time before when i was trying to send mail then the email addresses were shown automatically while pressing initial characters, but i dont know what happened when i am trying to send mail that addresses are not coming
