the bar is not useful as an indexer because the alphabet letters that have the most names are lumped together (meaning the "a & b" index will have 50 names starting with "a" thereby rendering the index useless because you have to page over 10 times to get to the "b" names. ...

I am putting in a holiday card list and the address section defaults to business. Make this default selection block for business address or home address. This will allow multiple entries for home address without switching from the default business address to home address.

I have been able to export a partial contact list as a .pst. I want to send this list to others so they can use the same list. Most of my collegues know even less than I so I am running through the procedure they would use to open the list in order to tell them what to do.
