I have a laptop with 2 profiles on it, a work one and a personal one. I would like to combine the contacts I have in one profile with those in the other but I'm not bothered which way round I do this. Could someone tell me how to do this if it is possible.

I sucesfully imported data into Contacts. However all of the phone numbers are now have a +1 prefix. This orihinal database did not have this characteristic. Thanks for you help.

Global removal of email addresses when a name is available. Must apply to distribution lists also. Cuts clutter in the mail and reduces stolen addresses. Outlook 2000 did not have this problem. Outlook 2003 does. ----------------

I restored a friend's contact list into Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2000. When he tries to use it as an address book to send new mail it inserts the name correctly in the TO: field but it doesn't include the email address....so the send fails as invalid email address....even though
