I had to create a subfolder "contacts to export" from the folder "contacts" because I needed to change my email adddress. Now it is done and I want to delete this subfolder, taking all the contacts back to the initial "contacts" folder. It seems I cannot either move nor copy

I try to do the following and it is "Grayed" out and I can not put a check in the box. Why ? Open Outlook in Folder View, right click on Contacts folder, go to properties, Outlook Address Bk tab and choose Use this folder as an address

Using Outlook 2003. I want to create the following rule, however, I want to MOVE it and not Move a Copy. Why isn't there an option to simply Move it? "Apply this rule after I send a message assigned to Business category Move a Copy to Business Folder"
