Ever since I reformatted my boss's computer a while back, whenever he clicks on the Address Book to send an e-mail, it says it is not synchronized with the Contacts list, and suggests consulting Outlook Help to remove or edit this folder. I am lost. I have not found Help ...

I get a "you cannot sort by this field" when trying to sort by category in contacts window in Outlook. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

and Not collapse all groups and sort the whole contact list in whichever column I choose to sort them in. Does anyone know how to fix this,,,please advise. thanks and have a great day

We are implimenting Exchange 2003 with outlook 2003 (migrating from GW). Question. When I am adding recipients to an e-mail (to,cc,bc) I start typing the name and unless I have already sent an e-mail to this person nothing shows up.

Does anyone know how I can desactive the parentheses that comes automatically when I enter a phone number (eg. : +33 (3) 45 65 78 97) in outlook contacts ? Thanks !

I have a bunch of contacts (probably 20% of my total list) that appear correctly in the contact section of outlook but when I address an email by clicking To: and searching in the contact/address book I cant find the person. Eventually I find them under their first name instead ...

I installed the add-in from Vanage called "Click-2-Call" on Outlook 2002. It works great except that I keep getting the error message "Microsoft Outlook has encounted a problem and need to close. We are sorry etc, etc. How can I correct this problem?

Is there any way to modify the list of values that Outlook 2003 validates as suffixes when analyzing the Full Name in a contact? The default values are I, II, III, Jr., and Sr. I would like to add IV, AIA, and PE. Example:

When sorting by mailing address in a category, it sorts by mailing number not by city which will be helpful when contacting clients in a city from the category. Please help.
