I keep getting duplicate and triplicate contacts in my contact after entering
a name only once. This then translates to the same thing on my palm pilot.

I have been using Outlook contacts as my address database since the program

I accidentally deleted a 200 name distribution list. It does not appear to be

A co-worker sent me a distribution list as an attachment in an email.  We
don't use a Microsoft Exchange Server, so we don't have a Global Contacts

I am sure this is simple but I cant make it work.  How do you copy a contact
and all its info into a word document.  If you highlight the contact (John
Doe) and clik copy, then paste to Word you get an incon titled "John Doe.msg"
not the info in the contact.  

When I view my contacts (particularly in "by category" or other table
formats), the very first column contains a little icon. Most of them look
like a little picture of a person on the left and info on the right. However,

When I mail merge from Word I can choose outlook contacts, but it doesn't
give me an option to choose a specific distribution list or category.  Is it
even possible to do this?  If so, how?

I am running Windows XP Home with Office 2003 on a 3 month old Sony VIAO
