I have deleted some of my contacts from outlook 2003, how can i repair or
retreive the datas.

We are looking at upgrading to Outlook 2003 to gain better span controls (we
are currently using 2000).
If we upgrade, will we still be able to share contacts between all users in
the office?  We have a novell network, not a microsoft.

I would really appreciate any help here.  I'm using Outlook 2002.
I temporarily copied my .PST file to an external HD while my PC needed to be
serviced.  When I got my PC back, I copied that .PST file (which had been
updated as I used Outlook on another PC).  Everything looked OK ...

We can find a contact when we search by name, but why can't we find them when
we search by company?

I get this error message "An error occurred while attempting to open your
Windows Address Book". I have changed NOTHING since yesterday. I cannot send
any messages. Please help!

Do not want area codes 'automatically' added nor displayed in contacts.

When using the check address pop up to enter addresses, it then changes the
format of the mailing address by putting zipcode first, then city and state.  
This is not the correct format for mailing with the U. S. Postal Service and
I can no figure out how to fix this.

I am not able to open my vcard by double clicking on it. Am using outlook

A colleague of mine has created some Contacts and when you e-mail direct from
the Contacts window using the 'send e-mail to contact' icon, it works fine.
However, when you go into create a new message, click onto To and select
Contacts, they don't appear?  The only thing you can ...

I've been having trouble with importing my contacts.
Whenever I import it, it works but never show name and when I click 'open'
for a contact, it's completely blank!

How can I turn off address checking of the bcc field in outgoing email?
I did uncheck the automatically check addresses box in the email options.
Outlook still will not send bcc to any address that is not in my address
book.

I can't hear any beeps I want to know who calls me if any mail on email
address toward to my name
