We are looking at upgrading to Outlook 2003 to gain better span controls (we are currently using 2000). If we upgrade, will we still be able to share contacts between all users in the office? We have a novell network, not a microsoft.

I would really appreciate any help here. I'm using Outlook 2002. I temporarily copied my .PST file to an external HD while my PC needed to be serviced. When I got my PC back, I copied that .PST file (which had been updated as I used Outlook on another PC). Everything looked OK ...

When using the check address pop up to enter addresses, it then changes the format of the mailing address by putting zipcode first, then city and state. This is not the correct format for mailing with the U. S. Postal Service and I can no figure out how to fix this.

I am not able to open my vcard by double clicking on it. Am using outlook 2003 SP2. Had tried forwarding to others, and they are able to see it, they're using outlook 2003 SP 2 as well.

How can I turn off address checking of the bcc field in outgoing email? I did uncheck the automatically check addresses box in the email options. Outlook still will not send bcc to any address that is not in my address book.
