My business has an alias system setup to alias yourname@business.com to you
regular e-mail address.
In my outlook I setup my e-mail account w/ a reply-to field being that alias
so when people respond it goes to that business address.

My contacts folder does not appear in my personal folders. Also when people
email me their contact card, it is blank when I open it but not when the
sender looks at it from his end. I am using Outlook 2003 with microsoft
exchange. Help!!!

I would like to be able to put my company logo into the forms that I use to
store contacts in Outlook 2003.  So, one image on all my contacts - just to
add a nice touch of corporate feel to the way that we store names and
addresses.

How do I share, or export, a list of contacts (names, numbers, email address)
but not release the personal information held in the Activities Tab, Journal,

another cpu  but only adds it into office 9.0 and in 11.0. Checked the master
category list but did not add the extra categories

Hi. I'm having problems exporting contacts from public folders...
I know how to do the export... but I can't see the Public Folders folders in
the export list... so I assume this is something to do with giving me the
rights/permission to see them.

It is very inconvenient to go to category and have to scroll through hundreds
of names to get to the category you want.  It will remember until a search is
done.  After a search, all categories open up and show all listings
underneath.

How do I save emails in Activities folder on Outlook Contacts?

I have packaged an office2003 install including outlook to be deployed to the
PC's.  I have Outlook set to automatically attach to the users inbox upon
launching (using default profile).  This works fine, but when I go to address
an email and select "Show Names From", there is no ...

Is it possible for a bone idol person like me to make a short cut button on
the tool bar at the top for a contact of mine whom i email a lot (so then
when i hit it it auto opens a new message and has the contacts email address
already typed in)? or do i just have to go to "new" ...

Outlook 2000 lets me enter up to 3 email addresses for each contact.  The
second and third are titled "E-mail 2" and "E-mail 3."  However, there is no
explanation as to how to use these additional email addresses.

Even though I have emailed several of my co-workers, who are all on our
Global Contacts list, when I open a new message and start to type their name
in the "to" box, it doesn't recognize them and finish the email address.  On

I logged on last week to find "some how" outlook updated and wiped all my
contents, e-amails and contacts from my computer.  How do I retrieve them?
