According to the help in Outlook it says that if you try to save a duplicate
contact it will ask you if you want to add the new contact or update the
existing.  I am not getting prompted with this dialogue box and the check box
is checked uder tools, options, contact options ...

I am trying to add an attorneys contact list to the secretaries Global
Address List so she may use it when sending outgoing emails.  In other words,
when you go to send a new email and click on the TO: button, the Global
Address List pops up and you can add your own contacts to ...

I want the users (Domain Users) to be able to print the Global Address List
(which is already poplulated with phone number, address, etc).  How can they
do that?

I was trying to format the way Contacts is displayed in Outlook 2003.  I
