We have a user (A) who has "send as" permissions for someone else (B). Is there a way for A to add B'd contacts to her address book so that when A is sending email as B, she can access B's contacts when to clicks on "TO" in the email dialog?

in Outlook 03, once you have emailed someone once, the next time you go to email them again their name pops up in a list you can choose from. If we wanted to move this mystery file to another workstation, what would it be called and where woudl it be located? Thanks!

when I open Contacts the first name listed in contacts is not highlighted. The cursor in all other application defaults to the first line of data but not in contacts. Is there a setting i missed setting? if so where do i find the setting?
