We have a user (A) who has "send as" permissions for someone else (B).  Is
there a way for A to add B'd contacts to her address book so that when A is
sending email as B, she can access B's contacts when to clicks on "TO" in the
email dialog?

This may be a thoroughly novice question but...
I go to the Address Book in the menu bar and open it and click
File>NewEntry>NewContact and want to add the contact ABC Company. I type this

when I open Contacts the first name listed in contacts is not highlighted.
The cursor in all other application defaults to the first line of data but
