I Want my address book to display last name first, but don't know how.  I
just imported an address book that I keep on another computer running
Outlook 2000 into Outlook 2003.  But I the old computer address book names
were lat name first.  How can I get that in outlook 2003?

When I use the Send To:  command in Word 2003, all I can see in my contacts
is the first tier of my contacts, not all the folders and people that are

How do I move the old address book from a renamed personal folders file into
the new personal folders file. The old file had become corrupted and I
couldn't download new messages so had to create a new file. Works fine now,
but no entries are in the address book.

My computer has recently crashed. I was able to mount the drive via a

I tried unsuccessfully to copy contacts to a cd.  In doing so I created
additional pst folders, which I deleted.  Now when receiving email messages,
Outlook seems to be trying to find those deleted folders.  I receive a dialog

When entering a mobile phone number in contacts, outlook automatically cutts
the leading digits off the number & re allocates them as an area code. This
is incorrect and caused failure in dialing from a syncronised hand held
device. Can anyone help?

emailings to reach my sphere of influence.  Do I have to use List Builder and

When I try and import to Outlook 2003 from an Excel .xls contact data
spreadsheet, after I click "Finish" each cell of the spreadsheet is imported

My contacts file is gone, and I can't access my personal file folder. I have
reinstalled Office 2000 Professional, but still nothing. I tried to use the
Inbox Repair Tool, but that won't work. I can't recover my archive pst's, I
keep getting an error message that will not let me ...
