Is it possible to export the contents of an Outlook 2k3 contacts folder to a
CSV or excel file?
I've been trying but can only seem to export the headings, not the actual
address and name data etc.  I have around 100 contacts that I need to export

I need to send a message to multiple email recipients but not reveal who the
message was sent to. I don't want recipients to know other recipients email

If I send a distribution list of 20 email addresses and one of them is bad,

I have read some postings here which state BCM is for a single user to run.
I was just at the microsoft ts2 event promoting their CRM product and the
presenter said "you run BCM in a non-Exchange environment up to five users.

I have modified some of the data that goes into my contacts database, and am
trying to modify the form the data is displayed in when I double-click the

In our public contact folder we have different categories we file people
under. Our supervisor created a category and it is not showing on all

I need to change the way Outlook displays the contacts when sending an
e-mail.  By default its first name, laste name etc,  but I need to make it
display the company name first.
Can anybody suggest a course of action to do this ??
