I have set up a email advertising - distribution list and want to be able to
add new received emails into this list without having to type the details.
I know it can be done on outlook express but cannot work out how to do it in
outlook

I have , after several hours, transferred my Palm contacts to Outlook 2003 on
a new computer.  Now I need to transfer my Outlook 2003 contacts to my office

How do I copy & paste one distribution list to another?
I have a distribution list that is getting too big (too many emails).  I
like to break it into 5 pieces by alphabetic groups, say A-D, etc.  What is
the best way to do it?

My address book does not work at all.  I have recently changed computers
upgrading from Outlook 2000 to 2003.  I followed some instructions to copy my
outlook.pst file from the computer with 2000 and paste it into the relevant
folder in 2003.  This seems to have worked a treat ...

My Outlook 2000 Address Book Export/Import selections on the address book
File menu are grayed out.  I'm using Windows XP Pro and migrating from
Outlook Express.  How do I make these selections available?
