When I enter the email address in a contact form, the next field, "Display as", shows the full name and email address. I want to change the default so it only shows the name. I'd also like to accomplish this with my existing contact folders. Can this be done?

I am trying to save my contacts list to a rewriteable cd, as a backup, but the program will not let me save to anything other than to a file on the 'c' drive.

Hope I can explain this so it makes sense! I favour pooling all mail into one big .pst file (which i store on an external drive) and access routinely using search folder shortcuts from the Outlook folders list. Works well for me so far, but now for the query..

I think it would be really useful to be able to create a fax coversheet from Contacts, similar to how you can create "New Letter to Contact". I know that I'm not the first person to think of this, so is there already a quick & easy way to do this?
