How do you divide an existing contact list in half, i.e., a-m and n-z?

When I am sending an email, in the Select names drop down, three databases
show up: Accounts, Business Contacts, and Contacts.  I only have data under
Contacts and would like only that database to pop up or be the one it
automatically defaults to.

in the past, my "to:" field appeared to have been programmed to save
previously typed email addresses so, for example, if i was sending a message
to someone that i previously sent a message to say 1 month ago, their option
would show up as part of the suggested email address that ...

When I enter a contact in Outlook and fill in the line for a fax number, then
I go create a new email, I get a list of names from my contact list.  Every
contact that has their faxc number entered is listed twice in the list of
names, one that is a legit email smtp email address ...

I read on this forum that I need to "Create Exchange mailboxes".
How do I create Exchange mailboxes for each user ?
Is this done on the server or the client ?

Now have started OWA (Outlook Web Access) for the first time.
Want to load my contacts list from my Outlook 2003.
Exported the Contacts onto a network server location as a .pst file.
When in OWA, in the Contacts area, cannot fine a button for importing

I have been trying to send a contacts group to another user off-site.  The
user receives the e-mail, but cannot click and drag the file to her contacts
list.  Also when she tries to open the file it is empty.  Any suggestions?

Problem with new email addresses. Outlook wants to "check names" name not

I have my home contact list. (file?) named Contacts.
When I retired, I imported my .pst file from work.
This has made a second contacts folder, also named Contacts.
How can I combine the two lists into one.

Is it possible to change the default address block that comes up for new
contacts to be the home address and not the business address?

Outlook should not add parenthesis or brackets in telephone numbers that are
written in international format since it is not the correct formatting.
For example
  +1 (555) 1234567

How can I change the default font for the "notes" field.  Also, how can I get
all existing contacts to have the font updated with the newly selected font
