when sending e-mail, outlook contact list brings up the persons e-mail and
their fax #.     Can it be limited to just the email?

Currently all my contacts are filed as Company Name, Last Name, First Name.  
I'm trying to re-file all of my contacts as Last Name, First Name, Company
Name without individually touching each contact.  I see how I can
automatically file new contacts in this format but is there a ...

When I first time sync my palm with outlook my e-mail adresses all ended up
in the "Business phone 3" field instead of the "e-mail adress" field.
Is there a way to move all into the correct field. I have some 500 contacts.

I recently had to do a system recovery of my computer which erased MS Office.
I reinstalled MS Office but now I don't have access to my personal folders
and contacts in MS Outlook. Have I lost these for good or can I find them
somewhere on my computer?

When I it click a individual in "contacts" in outlook. How do I see what
distribution list they are assigned to.   In outlook express you click other
then Group membership.

I've exported an adress list from excel to outlook and now it's casuing
major problems with Outlook.   I can't d anything in Outlook - I think the
list imported at least 50 times so there is so much data it is crashing

How do I share my contacts with other users on the same computor. I have
tried moving them into the shared folder but this seems to just move the
shortcut and no actual information????
