Is there a way to add another field under "Phone Numbers"?  For example, the
drop-down menu lists such fields as "Business", "Business Fax", "Home",
"Mobile" and so on.  I need to add another field to that drop-down list
("Cell Phone", for example).  Is there a way to do that?

Can anyone one tell me if there is a way to clear all Calendar and/or Contact
entries at once (without having to select one or a few at a time)? Any help

I am unable to import the txt file from entourage into outlook. When I use
the import function, it doesn't allow me to proceed (unhighlighted "next"

I recently installed Office 2003 and a local telephone numer now has (1) as a
prefix, instead of the area code, eg. (1) 866-1234 instead of (919) 866-1234.

is displayed in the address book with just the users name and email address

I am organizing and building my contacts lists in Outlook under contacts
(folder list view). When I update an existing contact via this method (under
