Importing contact information from another file with comma separated values,
the full name includesthe middle initial.  Yet when the data comes into
Outlook, it seems to drop the middle initial no matter what I do.

A company I deal with has changed their email address.  I have over 100
contacts that the change will effect.  Can I make a bulk change of the email
addresses?  The format would change from first.last@oldname.com to
first.last@newname.com.

Is there an easy way to save a contact two ways, ie. as: Bakery (Sweet Shop)
AND Sweet Shop (Bakery)?  I would like to open the existing contact and then

Is there a way to get a list of names/email addresses that are separated by
semi-colons into a new Outlook distribution list?
I tried changing the semi-colons to tabs and saving it as tab delim.

I am trying to export a contact list from Outlook 2003 into an Excel file,
and when I get to the last step in the Export Wizard, the 'finish' option is
grayed out, and not functional. I have installed Service Pack 2, and it still
won't finish. Any ideas?

I have created a distribution list with 20 addresses. Mysteriously, when I
send something to all on the distribution list, it fails to send to 1 address
on the list. The e-mail address is good, and her e-mail is in my contact
list. I can send and receive from this address ...

Contact folder without having to open Word.  A simple feature in Outlook
tools or an icon would be great.

When I try to send to 3 groups, which include many addresses, on BCC plus a
copy to. I get a message to many receipients. Can I configure Outlook to
allow more. If so how do I do that?

I want to change the color of my contact folders. When I open my contact
folders I want to see some contacts in blue, some in green, etc. I am trying
to use this as a way to further organize my contacts folder.

We are running Outlook 2003 / Exhcnage Server with 4 sepoarate users.  I am
looking fofr a way to eliminate individual contacts, and combine all the user
contacts into one company contact list for everyone to share and have as a

I want to know if there is a way to synchronize contacts in folders the same
way as with the Pocket Contact Synchronizer for 2000/2002? Or to get the

one that is not called "Contacts"with other Outlook users.  Can this be done
