When adding contacts with a message open, I would like to see the Contact by Last Name, First Name. Despite chaning the display as, etc., the list will only come up by First Name Last Name. Three tech guys can't figure out how to change it. Outlook 2002

I just went into my contacts and changed someone's e-mail address. I then right clicked on that line and selected "new message to contact". In the e-mail box that popped up, the person's old address was shown. This happens all the time. Can anyone help me to make it stop?

Does Outlook have a hot-key time stamp? I am new to the program and the PIM's I am used to all have one. Also, a 12 month calendar view for planning purposes would be helpful... Thanks,

I had outlook 2003 at work. Saved a copy of my contacts folder to take home. I have Outlook 2002 at home. I tried to open the .pst file and and it says not compatable and won't open the file. Is there some way to convert it back or open it at home with 2002?

I would like to be able to expand on the number of descriptions that flags can have. Right now it will show "Follow Up", or Call back, etc. How can I expand on this list to provide more descriptions?
