I have created a new form in Outlook Contacts (2000).
It is now the default form when creating NEW contacts - but is there a way
to update all existing contacts so that they are using my new form (there by
allowing me to add new information) without having to update each and every ...

Gmail says it requires the imported file to be in .csv format. I have
tried several variations, none of which has worked.
Since I am sending to a list containing only a number (about 50) of
addresses, I thought I could make a text file of the form

When adding contacts with a message open, I would like to see the Contact by
Last Name, First Name.  Despite chaning the display as, etc., the list will
only come up by First Name Last Name.  Three tech guys can't figure out how

Error message appears before Outlook can start. Unable to open default email

I just went into my contacts and changed someone's e-mail address.  I then
right clicked on that line and selected "new message to contact".  In the
e-mail box that popped up, the person's old address was shown.  This happens
all the time.  Can anyone help me to make it stop?

Too many contacts to add one-at-a-time. Any way to "select all" and add them
all in one shot?

When I created a ContactsBackup.pst, itshowed as a file but came up blank.I
tried it several times but could not get it to show anything in the file.

Does Outlook have a hot-key time stamp?  I am new to the program and the
PIM's I am used to all have one.
Also, a 12 month calendar view for planning purposes would be helpful...

The read only attribute is not checked on the file on my hard disk. when i
try to open the file with outlook, it tells me that it is not a .pst
file...what can I do

I had outlook 2003 at work.  Saved a copy of my contacts folder to take home.
I have Outlook 2002 at home.  
I tried to open the .pst file and and it says not compatable and won't open
the file.  Is there some way to convert it back or open it at home with 2002?

How do you EXPORT contacts in .vcf format as a group? All I see is that you
can import using the Import/Export on menu in Outlook 2003 but no way to
Export in mass. The sync function is not working with my Apple IPOD 60gig

I would like to be able to expand on the number of descriptions that flags
can have. Right now it will show "Follow Up", or Call back, etc.  How can I
