For couples stored in my outlook contacts , I have set up  2 e-mail
addresses, one for each person.  However, when I go to send a new e-mail and
lookup the addresses in my address book, only the first e-mail address shows.
How do I send mail to the 2nd one?

The mail merge feature is great for many envelopes.  If you just want to
print one envelope. It would be nice to be able to just print a single
envelope quickly as you can in Word.  If you would just make the print
envelopes or labels ICON availabe in Outlook that would be great.

In one of my outlook contact folders, when I add a contact that is already in
the folder it duplicates and I can't find where I can reset to have it ask me

Using Outlook 2003 with all current upgrades. I have 3 phone lists in the
autcomplete directory and outlook only finds names from the Contact directory.
