I have many Contact folders, but only four of them appear when I click on the address book icon by the "To" field for sending email. The same is true when I try to print labels in a mail merge sequence and click "Choose a Contact Folder."

In Address card view, I would like the Contact's title to appear in bold just beneath the Company name and Contact name. Does anyone know if it's possible to do what I'm looking to do? Thank you.

Ok, at work we use Outlook and when you open a new contact, it opens a new contact in your personal contacts. However, in order to ensure we can all use the same contacts we want to use the public folder. Problem is this. The only way to enter a new contact into the public folder

If I click 'To' while preparing new mails, it says as under : "The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened." Under outlook address book, there are two contacts folder are being shown. One contains all the contacts list and another one is empty.
