I have a user who has Editor status as someone's delegate but she can't create contacts. While viewing their Contact folder, she creates a new contact and we see it appear in the list, then disappear. If we search, it isn't found.

I have these blanks at the beginning of my Contacts folder ... and when you click on the blank it turns out to be a deleted task. Why are they there and how can I prevent them from forming? I delete them and then soon they start to appear again.

When Outlook adds the International dialling code +44 to UK phone numbers, it does not remove the zero from the STD (area) code. This makes the number invalid so it cannot be used for dialling. How do I fix this? It also applies to other European numbers.
