From home I am now using Outlook 2003 on an exchange server. All my contacts came from OUtlook 2002. I also use an HP iPAQ HX 2795 with MObile 5.0 and Active Synch 4.0. It will only synch with the Contacts on the Server. Thus, I can now no longer import my contacts into my IPAQ ...

Folks, I have a number of users who only see a subset of their contacts in their address books. This occurs despite the users having valid e-mail addresses. You can open the "missing" contact item and do "Send E-Mail"

I have created several group distribution lists in outlook but for some reason they keep getting deleted. Any reason why this would be happening? I am the only user on the PC and do not delete these lists, however when I look for them they are gone.

I have editing rights for other persons contacts. I know how to import into my own contacts, but how do I import into these other persons contacts without being on their machine.

when creating mail lists outlook is automaticall adding the prefix (1) to local area code numbers outside my area code as if they were long distance but they are not even though the prefix(1) is not included in the contact number that i created
