I am using Outlook 2003.  I have a few problems.  First I can not get a copy
of the email saved on my email server.  It deletes the message when received
and then duplicates the message in my Outlook.  I have marked it to save a
copy.

I have entered birthdays for many of my contacts. This automatically updates
the Outlook calendar with those birthdays. BUT, it also creates a default
reminder for 11:45 the night before the birthday. I synchronise my contacts,

I work for a small nonprofit group for pastors and outreach organization
leaders who meet once monthly as well as have an annual "love your city"  

I need to copy my contacts from Outlook 2003 on desktop to 2002 on laptop.  
Searching this newsgroup extensively has got me to the point where I realize
I have to create a new .pst data file in the 97-2002 type  from within
Outlook 2003, and then copy my contacts into it, before ...

I have Outlook 2003, and have about 100 contacts. I've set the option for
the contacts to show as 'first-name / last-name'. But, how can I change ALL
my contacts 'display as' to show first name last name, WITHOUT going into
each one and changing it?

How do I import as (.cvs) file into my Hotmail account. I can't find a .cvs
file in Outllook 2003!

When using Outlook email and I want to view the address book entries, they
are too small to read.   Cannot seem to change the size through control panel
etc.  Advice please?

I want to export from outlook to a csv file to be able to import in outlook
express to be able to sync with msn.
In outlook: export, export to a file and then..which one to select, dos
windows or excel?

We have multiple users who want to see the same Master Catagory's List. I
understand I have to export the registry entry to a file and double-click on
it to import to the other PC's. The issue is the diffetent versions of
Outlook.

I need to create a number of distribution lists in contacts (OS is Outlook 97
pro) for reports I send out on a monthly basis. Can this be done?

I've seen many references to this problem, but no solutions. Could
someone please confirm whether this is a fixable problem?
I am using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. I have created a public
folder to store shared contacts.

I recently upgraded from W98 to XP, and didnt appreciate the significance of
separate XP users each having their own outlook  .pst files.  I simply copied
my saved .pst file into the location where the freshly installed outlook
saved its .pst file.

I want to send one of my Group Addresses to a friend so that he can download
it and use it.
