I am using Outlook 2003.  I have a few problems.  First I can not get a copy
of the email saved on my email server.  It deletes the message when received
and then duplicates the message in my Outlook.  I have marked it to save a
copy.

I have Outlook 2003, and have about 100 contacts. I've set the option for
the contacts to show as 'first-name / last-name'. But, how can I change ALL
my contacts 'display as' to show first name last name, WITHOUT going into

I recently upgraded from W98 to XP, and didnt appreciate the significance of
separate XP users each having their own outlook  .pst files.  I simply copied
my saved .pst file into the location where the freshly installed outlook
saved its .pst file.
