I want to add an index with the firt letter of the name a, b, c,  etc...to my

Every time I open a new email to type there a contact (the same one) appears
as an attachment.  I have deleted the contacxt from my address book but it
still appears everytime

I am using Outlook 2000 on two PCs. On one PC, the To list for my contacts
