How do I get my Blackberry direct connect numbers to syncronize with  Outlook?

I have a client who has a spreadsheet of about 4000 contacts with the
columns mostly of the usual data: name, biz phone number, email addy,
etc. But for each contact (spreadsheet row), there is is also about 18
custom fields (columns), such as square footage, expiration date, etc.

This is what I want to do:
- Select a contact in Outlook
- Transfer some of the contact details into a standard Word document (in
this case a custom fax-header sheet). The contact details are Name, Company,

I am trying to print out my outlook address book.  I have several entries
with numerous items [accounts; multiple staff] which i put in the blank
secton - which i call  the "comments" section .  When i call it up on the
computre - all the entries in that section are visible - ...

I am having the same problem: all information from Contact Name (including
fax, cell, business number, etc. ) appears in my address book.
I must sift through multiple info to find the correct email.
Unable to resolve -- any suggestions?

When I use my auto dial the computer uses the small internal spaeker rather
than my desk top speakers and I can't get it to accept my microphone. Also
when it conects it cuts off the small speaker volume

I have outlook '03 and I access it through a server at work. When I am home I
apparently cannot do so. My Outlook on my home computer is corrupted and must
be deleted and reinstalled. I wish to save my contact to my 'travel drive.' I

This may be 2 different questions.  I want to send a v-Card (perhaps mine or
another Contact's) to somebody else.  Is there a way to control what fields
are included.  Some of that info is useful to me but not to others.  Some
info may actually be more personal than I want to ...

I was trying to drag and drop related contact records into one in order to
consolidate all of my contact info for each person, but apparently dragging
and dropping isn't an option...is there a way that I can combine related
records without manually typing in the additions or ...

when instructing office xp contacts to export to a csv file, 'next' is greyed
out unabale to continue, same with 'tab' only .pst will continue

I can't select "show this folder as an e-mail address book" because it's
grey and not clickable. That's why I can't use my contact folder while adding
recipients to the To field.

on the left side bar where the mail/calendar/contacts etc are listed when I
click contacts, at the top of the side bar all the folders are listed.
However as in my Outlook 2000 they are not listed as folders and subfolders.
They are simply listed as folders. Is there a way to ...

how do i generate address labels from contacts in outlook?

I have synched the Outlook contacts with my IPOD (20G) and it all works fine
but for the fact that the listing is by first name and not by last name.
My listing in Outlook is by last name, first name.
Any suggestions?
