Also blocking unwanted emails takes more steps with Office Outlook than with
Outlook Express.  I got a three month trial, and really don't like it,
although email is easier to read with the whole page displayed.  Why isn't
the address book easier.?.Is contacts supposed to replace ...

I have synched the Outlook contact list with my IPOD (20G) and it all works
fine
but for the fact that the listing is by first name and not by last name.
My listing in Outlook is by last name, first name.

When I attempt to import from Excel into outlook contacts.  I get one field
per record.  It doesn't seem to keep rows together and put them in one
contact record.

How can I turn omit the words "United States of America" which is added as
the last line by the Contacts app when I use an address from Outlook
Contacts to address an envelope in Word? This is a waste of ink.

Does anybody know how I can import my Outlook Express contacts into a
different e-mail program without opening Outlook Express to export
them???

I just installed Motorola Mobile Phone Tools -3.11d and tried to synchronize  
Outlook Contacts with my Motorola V3 phonebook. I couldn't do it. It only
gives me the option to synchronize between the phone and "contacts" in
Motorola Mobile Phone Tools but that folder is empty.

when i fwd a vcard, some have attachments inside the contact, and this
attachment is lost when doing so. Is it a glitch, can I solve this issue?

find a contact does not find a contact that has been in 'contacts' for a long
period and found before?  how do i repair?

I have a desktop and a notebook connected to a network. Both have Outlook
2003 installed, both have XP sp2 installed. I have tried to transfer the pst
file (105169 KB)  from the desktop to the notebook and everything seems to be
OK, except that changes made to the Outlook.pst ...

We have an outlook contacts list with mutiple user defined fields, however
when I go to export the dbase to excel most of the custom/user defined fields
do not appear in the mapping.
We would like to be able to export our whole data base, not just fragments

I am trying to organize contacts into one overall folder with subfolders for
different  locations so I can search alphabetically in the overall folder if
I can't recall the subgroup to which I have the record.
I thought I could do this by entering records in the overall folder ...

Anyone know of a way to print the activity items from a contact??
