I do not want to see fax numbers in the list of Email contacts. How do I hide
them?

I've linked specific Outlook contacts to related information in a non-outlook
folder.  A .lnk file.  Now outlook blocks the attachment, and since I can't
see it, I can't remove it.  Any suggestions on how to remove the attachment?

I wish to have the picture of my contact displayed a viewe of my contacts

My emails are not showing all recipients when I send or receive them.
therefore other contacts do not know who else received or were CC'd the same
message. Likewise with my incoming emails.

categories and contacts assigned to them disappear

I have imported into the Personal Folders the contact list -
\....microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. the folder is there with the contacts but
I can't see it in the address book.When I click on the address book, I get:
"the address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder ...

I'm trying to import contacts into a new contact folder.  The import file is
Excel.  By the way, I'm trying to mail merge my emails, can I do this?

when i moved my contacts to a different folder my modified "master
categories" list did not come with it or copy it self. how do i get my
modified master category list back with out creating it all over again?

We've been using a public contacts folder for years, the number of
contacts in the folder has ranged from 3000 to 4000 contacts, typically
averaging around 3500.  Suddenly out of the blue yesterday when you
click on "TO:" and then bring up the contacts folder address book

I would like to be able to determine what phone numnber I called when I use
the Outlook 2003 Journal process when the call was generated using the auto
dialer.

When I start to address an e-mail, old deleted e-mail address for existing
contacts and e-mail address for completely deleted contacts continue to show
up.  What can I do to stop this?

I WENT THROUGH THE STEPT TO EXPORT MY CONTACTS FROM EXCEL TO OUTLOOK -
EVERYTHING WENT ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS. BUT WHEN THE NEW CONTACT APPEARED  
IN OUTLOOK THEY WERE EMPTY, COMPLETELY NO DATA IN THEM JUST AN EMPTY OUTLOOK
CONTACT.... CAN ANYONE ASSIST?

I had been using Office 97 until I found out it is no longer supported.  I
replaced it with Office XP .  During the installation I had the option to
import my Outlook Express files to Outlook.  My e-mail files came over okay,
but when I try to send e-mail Outlook won't recognize ...

Before I post my question I checked to see if I can find my answer in forum.
I noticed most of responses are like argument or discussion when the enquirer
needed step by step direction such as (just example): go on inbox, click on
new, type email address in To and click send, so ...

I would like to be able to group by catagory, and then sort by clicking a
colum heading, without removing the grouping.  Is this possible in outlook
2003?
