I'm using the contact list in Outlook for a building employee Contact list. And every time I try to open it, I get this Error message saying. Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the Inconvenience.

I do not see the contact folder in the list under Personal folders. I get a message that " The address list could not be display. The Contact folder assoicated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. ...

using OUTLOOK 2003 under WIN2000 I have problems in designing contact formulars with the field: "Date of generation" ("Erstellt"); Although the field is correctly listed in the changed formular, it is not active, showing no date at all.

Microsoft outlook 2003 I don't mind / care if the email address appears alongside the contact name. How do I remove their full postal address from the contacts list? This really takes up unnecessarry space and means my short list of 20 or so contacts

My outlook program is corrupt and I need to delete the entire program and reinstall. I have tried repair and it crashes every time I open it. I really need my contacts. How can I find the folder with my contacts and copy it to a portable hard drive or somewhere else on my "C" ...
