I'm using the contact list in Outlook for a building employee Contact list.  
And every time I try to open it, I get this Error message saying.
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are
sorry for the Inconvenience.

I'm thinking of using OLCAT for my office, but want to check and see if
anyone has done so succesfully. Has there been a problem with outlook
blocking the attachment?

Using Outlook 2003 and on a network.  Is there a way to share a distribution
list of contacts with another user on my network?

How do you inport address book form Yahoo Mail to Outlook?

I do not see the contact folder in the list under Personal folders. I get a
message that " The address list could not be display. The Contact folder
assoicated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved
or deleted, or you do not have permissions. ...

I mistakenly deleted a folder first from Contacts, then from Deleted Items
under Contacts. Any ideas on how to recover?

is there a place on the net, where I can find more contact forms, to
use and change ?

using OUTLOOK 2003 under WIN2000 I have problems in designing contact
formulars with the field: "Date of generation" ("Erstellt");
Although the field is correctly listed in the changed formular, it is not
active, showing no date at all.

,I'd like to use a form letter to merge into Outlook contacts. So far so good
and easy.  My question is, I'd like to edit each individual letter with
different  $ amounts  and dates, after merging the addresses.  Each time I
try, it universally changes $ amounts in all letters.  ...

I don't mind / care if the email address appears alongside the contact name.
How do I remove their full postal address from the contacts list? This really
takes up unnecessarry space and means my short list of 20 or so contacts

We run MS Outlook 2003 on an Small Business Server 2003 network. We use
Outlook to store circa 8,000 contacts, defined under 14 categories. The
problem we're encountering is, when entering new contacts, the categorisation
is being handled differently by Outlook - i.e. we used to ...

If I want to add someone's contact info in a text document I go into OL
(2003), open the contact, copy the name, then go to the text document, paste
the name ... go back to OL, copy the address, go tot he text doc, paste the
address ... go back to OL, copy the phone number(s), go ...

My outlook program is corrupt and I need to delete the entire program and
reinstall. I have tried repair and it crashes every time I open it. I really
need my contacts. How can I find the folder with my contacts and copy it to a
portable hard drive or somewhere else on my "C" ...

I supposed to grouping my personal contacts which were saving in the
