I am able to forward distribution lists to other folks on campus. When I try to send a list to someone outside the company, the attachment is blank when they open it. I try to open it before i send the list and it works just fine.

I have a folder of addresses in my Contacts. I would like to automatically request a read receipt on any email sent to one of these contacts. I do not want an automatic read receipt on any other email addresses in any other folders of My Contacts.

We have a network with 6 users - each with some unique and some shared contacts - is there a way to merge these all and have one big list, and maybe have each person put their private contacts in a separate list?

When I export to either an Excel or .CSV file, data from BusinessStreet; BusinessStreet2; BusinessStreet3 fields are mapped to BusinessStreet only, with no spaces, leaving the other two fields empty. I have used the Clear Map and Default Map commands to clear any old mapping.

I occasionally see articles stating how the Journal in Outlook can be used to auto-track specific contacts. Yet the Options available for Auto-Journals do not show this. Are there registry hacks that can accomplish this?

Ok, I've been searching all over for the answers and can't find them, so here goes. First off, before it's asked, I'm using Office XP on Windows XP Pro, and would have this same problem when I was using 2000 Pro for my OS. I hope someone knows how to correct this issue.
