When you enter a new contact in outlook 2003 sp2 there is a button at the bottom of the contact window that says " contacts"...Just wondering what the contact button and corresponding text field is used for and the reasoning behind it?

I am customizing a form for my business contacts. IN OL2003..can I use user defined date/time/calendar fled other than the supplied birthday..anniversary fields, etc. I think in 2000 you are limited to these fields only without customized programming...(which I am not)

How can I activate my Outlook 2003 to automatically save all incoming and outgoing e-mail addresses? My system used to do that, but I had to reinstall after losing my hard drive, and now I have to manually search and/or input every time.

For some reason, each contact with an email address now has SMTP at the end of the email address, and I cannot get rid of the SMTP. Is there a setting somewhere that is adding the SMTP to the end?

In Pegasus Mail we have a company Address Book. We wish to migrate this to Outlook 2003 so all users will have it but we don't have Exchange Server. We know we can export the data as a .csv file, create a new contacts folder, and import the .csv file to each user's Outlook.
